Villa Fioro is a two-story maisonette that measures 100 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. The ground floor features a lovely, fully equipped wooden kitchen, the living room (with a fireplace!) and a WC. The first floor offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a double and a single bed – one of the rooms has access to a large veranda with a breath-taking view of the olive groves and the sea. This level also features a bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area of villa Fioro is simple and traditional. Enjoy the shade offered by a 1000-year-old olive tree in your garden!

Villa Fioro owners also run Lithies Boutique Hotel, just 250m away, whose amenities, as well as the swimming pool, can be used by the Villa Fioro guests too. The Hotel is small, offering a very quiet and peacefull atmosphere.
Additionally, you can book and enjoy breakfast at the Hotel if you wish!
Villa Fioro is located in the settlement of Korithi, a small village just 3km north of the Agios Nikolaos port – where you can find traditional taverns and lovely beaches! The area is simply beautiful, with lush flora and a wonderful view of the Ionian Sea. The famous Blue Caves are located nearby; you can visit them by booking a trip either from Skinari or from the Agios Nikolaos Port. The experience of visiting the Blue Caves is truly unique – it is no coincidence that it is arguably among the most visited locations in Greece.
